How long does approval actually take?

Is there a minimum order, monthly minimum, or tie-in?
No, no, and no. £0 setup, £0 monthly minimum, no exit fee. Use the account when you need us. Accounts dormant 12+ months go on pause; a single email reactivates.
What credit limit will I get?
Depends on volume, trading history, and the credit check outcome. Typical starting limit: £5,000 to £25,000. Reviewed upwards after 3 months of clean payment history. Bigger limits available for established housebuilder subs.
How much can volume tier pricing actually save me?
Up to circa £12/m³ off standard rates at higher tiers. The exact tier is quoted per application based on your monthly volume + mix split. On 50m³/mo, expect ~£300 to £600/mo. On 200m³/mo, materially more. Reviewed quarterly.
What if my business doesn't qualify for credit?
New companies or sole traders may start on pro-forma terms (pay-on-order) and convert to credit after 3 months of clean trading history. You still get priority scheduling and volume pricing on day one, just without the 30-day terms.
Do you supply groundwork subs on housebuilder sites?
Yes, this is the majority of our trade business. Our trade customers work on subcontract for Barratt, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Bloor, Vistry, and David Wilson sites across the Midlands.
What documentation comes with each load?
Delivery note (POD), batch ticket (mix spec + time of batch), and cube test results on request. All CDM-compliant and Building Control ready. On trade accounts these are bundled and auto-emailed; on PAYG it's on request.
